Terms of Service

These terms describe your relationship with SHELeadsIndia, a programme run by FEMME FUSION BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLP. By signing up for the newsletter, joining the WhatsApp community, attending an event, or buying a membership, you agree to the terms below.

Who can join

SHELeadsIndia is open to women entrepreneurs (or aspiring entrepreneurs) who can read English or Hindi and have a valid Indian phone number for the WhatsApp community. There is no age cap.

Membership and payments

Annual membership is ₹2,600 unless otherwise stated. Payment is taken via Razorpay. Membership starts immediately and runs for 12 months from the date of purchase. Renewal is not automatic — you will receive a reminder before the year ends.

Refunds

First 3 Tuesday training sessions are free — that’s your trial. Decide if SHELeadsIndia is right for you before any payment. Once you join paid membership, payments are non-refundable. You can pause or cancel anytime by emailing info@sheleadsindia.in.

Code of conduct

We are a community of women supporting women. Spam, harassment, sales pitches without permission, or any disrespectful behaviour will lead to removal from the community without refund.

Content

Recordings, slide decks, AI prompts, toolkits, and other material are for your personal learning. You may not redistribute, resell, or upload them elsewhere without our permission.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email and on this page.
